Leaders from the Office of Science and the National Laboratories Leadership Council with the Department of Energy (DOE) traveled to the Sun City and visited campus on Feb. 13, 2024. The goal was to increase visibility of programs available to faculty and students, and to learn more about their funded research taking place on campus. The Fostering Great Minds & Great Ideas event was packed with networking opportunities, tours of UTEP’s laboratories and collaboration with leaders from across the nation.
